Leave a comment on this post by noon on March 22, 2010--about the book, the tour, or something you're making--and earn a chance to win the STC Craft book of your choice. Three winners will be chosen at random and contacted after the noon deadline on March 22. (We will add you to our e-mailing list if you leave a comment unless you tell us that you do not want to be added. Thanks.)

P.S. I reopened yesterday's box and here is a photo of the contents. Isn't it amazing to think that this pile of fabric, thread, and beads will become the Spiral Applique & Beaded Camisole Dress (except my base fabric is black instead of green)!

that's an impressive pile!
the book came yesterday - it is just beautiful. i can't wait to dive in!
Wow! Three bags of beads! This is going to be beautiful!
I enjoyed the first book so much! I can't wait to see this one.
I love the idea of this book. Combining many of our passions (cooking and projects are my top 2!) into one book is a terrific idea. I can't wait to see it. Sustainability is an important topic too. Very cool.
Wow - really inspiring. I've been dying to start an Alabama Studio Style skirt or shirt...perhaps today is the day!
I making a quilt and am inspired by this aesthetic. I first read about her in Sewing Green. (This is my first quilt.)
One of my goals this new year is to learn how to knit! Thank you.
I have been running to the mailbox every day waiting for my book to arrive. Maybe tommorrow....... I just can't wait to start on a new AC project!
Natalie's style is infectious! I love what I can tell is coming about the book and am inspired to start a project with some reverse embroidery and a re-used fabric scraps...also the burdastyle contest is awesome...keep the cool stuff coming, Melanie & company!
thanks!
choosing what to make from weekend sewing... and more valentine's!
I can't afford to buy her beautiful clothes, but I can take the time to make one! I'm looking forward to her new book. Lovely.
I really admire your style and all the amazing things you make!
This book is something I've been waiting for what seems like forever......... I am so excited to go on Natalie's blog tour too!! Thanks for posting the schedule.
You have such great craft books, if I don't have the new book by the time of this contest that will be my pick, if not, one of the other fine books from STC Craft!
Oh, and did I mention that MARCH 9th is my 25th birthday? oh yeah, so that would be a wonderfullllll birthday gift!
thanks Melanie!
This book looks great. I can't wait to see it when it comes out. Some some reason I seem to have problems getting to this website it's slows my computer.

This is an exciting tour! Can't wait to see your dress in progress- while you sew, I'll be knitting two moebius shawls for February birthdays.
I am trying to keep my excitement in check as mine has to ship to the UK. I have to finish the hexagon quilt I am hand sewing for my sister before I can start any new projects though, so the delay is a good thing.
I was so happy to find your site when looking for knitting projects. Things are so stressful that having multiple knitting projects going at once is helping to keep me sane lately! I'm so looking forward to seeing more inspiration for projects, and will be following the blog tour -- what a cool idea~
Working on the bloomers skirt, cami and a piece I started while attending the spring workshop last year; a beautiful wrap dress in the plum color!
What will be the summers hottest book? Natalie's of course!!
I can't wait for my copy of Alabama Studio Style to arrive in the mail. I want to make several of the projects already and I've only seen sneak peeks.
